Upon receipt of your order, if you are not 100% satisfied simply contact us within 15 days and let us know how we can help. If we are unable to quickly resolve the issue to your satisfaction you can send back your order for a 100% refund of your purchase. There is no shipping charge to return an item, however, the original shipping charge cannot be refunded.
